Eunice Makinde is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager for the City of Hillsboro, Oregon. With a strong educational background in Secondary Education and Community Psychology from Concordia University, Eunice has held significant roles including Assistant Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Portland State University co-creating PSU’s ATMOS program, and Director of Every Child Portland. In Hillsboro, she focuses on fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring equal access to resources.
