Workshop | Unearthing Bias

The Unearthing Bias workshop provides a comprehensive exploration of human bias, recognizing that all individuals possess biases to varying degrees. It acknowledges the presence of societal misinterpretations and unjust stereotypes assigned to cultural groups, leading to unjust and harmful biases, particularly within the framework of global white racial supremacy.

Through interactive discussion and thought-provoking activities, the Unearthing Bias workshop encourages participants to critically examine their own biases and challenge prevailing stereotypes. Ultimately, the workshop empowers us to recognize the impact of bias on both personal and systemic levels and equips us with the tools to actively produce racially equitable and inclusive workplaces.
